12 oz of Pitted Medjool Dates
1lb of bacon
How to make it:
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Cut your strips of bacon in half. Wrap 1/2 a piece of bacon around each date. Wrap them tightly so that when you place them on your rimmed baking sheet or glass dish they don’t fall apart. You can use toothpicks to help hold them together.
Cook for 45 – 60 minutes. Turn every 15 minutes to make sure all sides of the bacon are cooked. Remove from the over and allow to cool before eating.
